Purchase of 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara I saw the internet price for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with the options and color I wanted listed on the Farrish Website. The internet pri I saw the internet price for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with the options and color I wanted listed on the Farrish Website. The internet price was about $5,500 under MSRP sticker price, which was a great sales price. I called Farrish to make sure the vehicle was still available and to make an appointment to test drive it. I was transferred to Sales Associate John Grundy who verified the vehicle was still available and I set an appointment to do the test drive for a few days later. I arrived at Farrish and John had the vehicle already washed, prepped and sitting outfront for me, which was very nice. I did the test drive and loved it so I proceeded to buy the vehicle. I brought a check from my credit union so the buying process was very easy and quick. They did not try to strong-arm me into buying any additional optional add-ons to my purchase price. They showed me what options were available and I declined them. I was in and out of the dealership in about 2 hours which made my buying experience pleasant. In addition, John made sure I knew how to take off the roof sections before I left and he said I could call him anytime if I had any questions about my new vehicle. John was also nice enough to take a picture of me next to my new vehicle on my personal cell phone. Overall, this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had and I will definately come back to Farrish for my next car purchase as well as recommend them to my friends and relatives. More

Our sales associate, John G., made the process very simple and straight forward. Did not feel pressured at all and felt very comfortable with the buying process unlike other dealers I've visited. I hate buying cars. I'm sure that many people share that sentiment, however, I don't know how often they share it with the dealership from whom they purchase/lease. I was currently speaking with three dealerships prior to finalizing my deal with Farrish. My criteria was 1) Them hearing my needs and my price range 2) Them understanding my time frame 3) Them being attentive, yet not overbearing. Of the three dealerships I dealt with, Farrish was the only dealership that not only met all of my criteria but really heard my needs. The paperwork was ready to go so that I didn't have to spend half a day dealing with the processing and they accommodated my circumstances of relocation.
