Chris Davis was a wonderful and easy to talk to salesman! He doesn't hammer you into the buy process, he lets you make the decision when your ready. The agreement that locks you into a the set price of the vehicle and the money that your going to take on any trade-ins. Unfortunately that is only part of the equation. There is the terms and your rate of interest to also consider. So why would I ever want to lock into numbers before I know my true monthly cost? I don't hold Chris responsible for this part of the buying process. I'm sure it is a mandatory thing before going into the finical office. But I personally felt trapped and uncomfortable after asking to lower the cost of the vehicle or upping the price of the trade-ins, to try and get to a number I would be comfortable. In the end the numbers worked out and I left happy. I think it would have saved us time if I just knew all the parts of the equation before say YES to the price.
