I had been looking for a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country for my family and had a 2009 Chrysler T & C to trade in. After long hours searching and even going through the games at other dealerships, I emailed for my family and had a 2009 Chrysler T & C to trade in. After long hours searching and even going through the games at other dealerships, I emailed Mark about the vehicle I was interested in. We discussed prices and trade-in values. I was comfortable with where we were at, even though the value of my vehicle might change once evaluated. By the end of it all I was pleased with the deal we made. My kids are in a safer, newer vehicle and she runs great. I would have no reservations purchasing a vehicle from the Farrish Dealership and highly recommend working with Mark Jones. I visited the dealership today after visiting several other dealerships and not having any success finding the exact match that I wanted. As soon as we walked in the door Stacie was very helpful in making me comfortable and her and Terry were able to find the exact car I wanted and even upgraded me to a four wheel drive for the same price. They were both very helpful and genuine. I am a saleswoman myself and was very impressed that they did not try to play games with me or force me into something I did not want. Overall, I would recommend Stacie and Terry 100%. More

After a few emails back and forth my wife and I went and met Stacie who was even nicer in person and we built a Jeep and agreed on a reasonable price. Everything was smooth, I felt I could trust them and I felt I wasn't being rush into a purchase. When the new Jeep arrived (longer than expected- Not Farrish or Stacie's fault) Stacie took the time to show us how the options worked and gave us a neat carry bag! If your in the market for a new car I would recommend Farrish Jeep and Stacie! I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and I love it! More

We thought Chris Davis did a good job helping us with the purchasing of the Jeep Cherokee; please pass on our appreciation. We couldn't give high scores for the over all Farrish experience as the Cherokee we purchasing of the Jeep Cherokee; please pass on our appreciation. We couldn't give high scores for the over all Farrish experience as the Cherokee we purchased had damage to the door edge and stains on the passenger seat which were not spotted at time of sale. One reason for this was the dark and rainy conditions present when we were completing the purchase. We had asked to complete the purchasing that day but come back in daylight and better weather to collect the car, but our request was not picked up on. In daylight it would have been easy to spot the existing damage to the vehicle before driving off the lot. We returned the Cherokee the next business day to have the door edge damage fixed and seat stain removed. After a week of the Cherokee being back at Farrish we were shocked to find a really bad repair done on the door edge of our new car (basically just a blob of touch up paint in the wrong color). This poor work would not have been completely acceptable on an old car, let alone a brand new Jeep Cherokee which had never been used. We were initially told that a complete door respray would be the only alternative, which might have implications for the resale value of the car (a vehicle which we had not even used yet). After another week, the paint damage on the door edge was fixed, but only after we had to escalate the issue, and this isn't the new car experience we were hoping for. Farrish employees should be empowered to fix problems without the customer having to be so involved.This is our 3rd Jeep, but the first purchased from Farrish. I hope our experiences are a one-off. Two weeks after our initial purchase we finally have our Jeep Cherokee. We are very pleased with the Cherokee, but the problems we describe could so easily have been avoided. More
