We checked around for months looking for a 2013 Ram 2500 Powerwagon. We contacted many other dealerships, however, no one was as prompt, upfront and accommodating as Stacie Wakefield at Farrish. One deale Powerwagon. We contacted many other dealerships, however, no one was as prompt, upfront and accommodating as Stacie Wakefield at Farrish. One dealership even told us that they wouldn't sell a truck over the phone. We worked with Stacie and Terry and we basically purchased the vehicle over the phone and then drove 6 hours one way to complete the transaction. They were true to their word and gave us a reasonable amount for our trade as well as a great price on our new truck. We would recommend Stacie at Farrish to anyone looking for a great price and an even greater professional and caring salesperson. It's worth the drive. Thanks, Ken & Tawni Sipple More
Frank Russell was patient, pleasant and established great rapport during our test drive. We returned to purchase the vehicle on a day Frank was out so John Grundy was our sales liason. ;) He was friendly, ho rapport during our test drive. We returned to purchase the vehicle on a day Frank was out so John Grundy was our sales liason. ;) He was friendly, honest and quickly delivered when we had a request. The number one reason my wife and I will ALWAYS recommend John, Frank and Farrish is the fact that there were no buyer/seller "games" (no high pressure tactics). We were honest and John was too. THANK YOU, John, Frank and Farrish!!! You have two new champions extolling your virtues. More
I had been researching the Jeep Cherokee for a few months. However, I was considering other vehicles and wanted to test drive the Cherokee and another vehicle before I made my decision. My husband and months. However, I was considering other vehicles and wanted to test drive the Cherokee and another vehicle before I made my decision. My husband and I met Frank on Saturday and told him we just wanted a test drive and hadn't made a decision on a new vehicle yet. He wasn't pushy about making a sale that day. He told us to take our time deciding and took us out for a test drive and allowed us to have a nice leisurely drive to get a feel for the SUV. He went out of his way to show us another Cherokee that was still being prepped for the lot and which I had seen online. He spent a lot of time with us and, again, didn't pressure us for a sale that day knowing we were still undecided. We appreciated his friendly, laid-back manner. After test driving another car and doing more research online, we came back on Monday to purchase the Cherokee. Frank wasn't working that day so we were referred to John Grundy who cleaned up the car we were interested in and had it ready for us to check it out. Like Frank, John was friendly, honest, not pushy, and made us feel comfortable with the experience. Based on research and talking to another dealership (which we had preferred not to work with), John worked for us to meet our price and stay within the budget we had planned. After we financed the car and made the down payment with Mike (another nice employee), John took time to educate us on all the features and set up the computer system in the car. This was extremely helpful since we were not used to this type of system. This was the first time I'd left a dealership feeling as if I was treated fairly and without any buyer's remorse. It is an incredible car and a wonderful sales staff. Thank you for making this experience great! More
time, or lack there of it, is a major issue for me. I did not have time to waste negotiating at a dealership all day. I made contact with Farrish one evening through their website and besides the standa did not have time to waste negotiating at a dealership all day. I made contact with Farrish one evening through their website and besides the standard welcome email generated automatically, Stacie also made contact with me within the hour with a personalized email to start the process (10pm). I explained my car requirements and price (out the door) that would get me to the dealer in a return email, and Stacie went to work. The next morning I had a few options that met my requirements and that afternoon (with Stacie already at my price) I went to the dealer where they had my selected vehicle pulled up front to look at. Because my wife also works, and she could not make it to the dealer, Farrish let me take the car home that evening, and drive around the next day at work. That afternoon I filled out all information needed to purchase the vehicle, and again in respect to my time, they allowed me to take the vehicle while my wife came by that evening to sign her portion. They had everything ready and had her out of there in under two minutes. Besides this amazing service with respect to my time, Stacie, and sales manager Terry, are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, I have followed up with Stacie over the phone about some of the tricks to all of my technology that my Grand Cherokee has as I learn more about the car through use. As always, she swiftly and thoroughly meets my needs. Farrish truly is a great dealership! More
I purchased a 2014 Grand Cherokee from Stacie and it was overall a great car buying experience. They were reasonable on price, got me good financing, and gave me a fair price for my trade-in. Stacie was a overall a great car buying experience. They were reasonable on price, got me good financing, and gave me a fair price for my trade-in. Stacie was a great pleasure to work with. Even after I had purchased the vehicle and gone through the financing office, she stayed past the normal closing time to walk me through all the features of the 2014 Overland. Terry at the finance/management desk was helpful and friendly, too. Overall I was very pleased and will recommend this dealership (and these salespeople) to anyone I know looking for a Jeep. Thanks! Stacie Wakefield is one of the most friendly car salespeople I have ever met. She is not only friendly and approachable, but also patient. Chris Davis was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He made the purchase of our new Grand Jeep Cherokee fast and painless. We have purchased a Jeep Liberty from this dealership back in 2003 and find they made the purchase of our new Grand Jeep Cherokee fast and painless. I’m paranoid about being taken advantage of by dealerships. But this dealership is exceptional. I’m always on my guard for shady dealership practices. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my time (from dealers and private parties) and have yet to have a positive experience doing business with a dealership. Most dealerships exist to take advantage of you in order to pocket more money. But Farrish is different. Let me give you an example…after beating a competitor dealer’s price by $500 (the lowest I found in the area), they sold me my new Grand Cherokee. After finding out the navigation wasn’t what they promised, they exchanged my Jeep! All in an effort to honor their original agreement that was made VERBALLY! They could have written me off, but they chose to do the right thing. Because of this, I write my review. These guys are top notch. My sales person was Gerry Hebron and Ralph Perkins (the general manager) made sure everything was right. Both guys deserve an A+ in business. This is the first place I’ll go for my next vehicle. Always keep your guard up…but this dealership is a good bet. More

In September 2012, my Jeep was totaled by a Farrish service technician who took it home on a Friday night. The Farrish employee hit another car at 1:00 on a Saturday morning. I had left my Jeep with Fa service technician who took it home on a Friday night. The Farrish employee hit another car at 1:00 on a Saturday morning. I had left my Jeep with Farrish to correct a repair that they were unable to fix on three previous occasions. Farrish allowed the employee to take my Jeep home that evening, claiming it would allow the employee to better duplicate driving conditions. The Farrish employee, however, used it as his personal vehicle for the night, including, apparently, to drive children around, since a child's car seat was found in my vehicle after the wreck (which was not mine, as I do not have children). Fortunately, the child was not in the car at the time of the wreck. I was not notified of the wreck until almost four days after it occurred – and I was not notified by Farrish, but by my insurance company, who had contacted me to alert me that a claim had been made against my policy. Farrish’s service department was not aware my vehicle was not on their premises until I called to ask them of the status of my vehicle. They also did not know the status of the Farrish employee who had taken my Jeep (other than he had not shown up for work since the previous Friday). Based on discussions with the Farrish Service Manager, employees are allowed to take customers’ vehicles home; further, they are permitted to run personal errands, like (and I quote from the Service Manager) “stopping by the grocery store to pick up milk and bread”. I did not give permission for my car to be used for personal use and, in fact, I have no paperwork indicating I gave permission for a Farrish employee to take my vehicle home. As it turns out, the employee who took my Jeep home and totaled it had been working for the dealership for less than a month, yet was entrusted with my personal property. I had several discussions with Farrish in the weeks following the incident, but we failed to reach any agreement regarding what I considered to be appropriate measures to compensate me for the time, stress, and costs incurred by me in dealing with the accident. Despite the dealership’s failure to properly monitor the vehicles entrusted to their possession and the fact that a Farrish employee totaled my Jeep (forcing me to acquire a new vehicle far sooner than I anticipated), Farrish only offered a minimal reduction in the purchase price of a new Jeep. In addition, Farrish made no offer to reimburse me for the amounts I spent on repairs to my Jeep, which were never properly completed since my Jeep was totaled, or the rental car I paid for while my Jeep was being repaired. These costs totaled over $900. It was not until after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau several months after the wreck that the dealership filed a response indicating its willingness to repay these costs, but remained silent on any other reimbursement. Further, although this incident happened in September 2012, it was not until after I posted the incident report on Dealer Rater that the dealer sent a reimbursement check for those repairs. However, I have yet to receive any consideration for my time and expenses in dealing with the issue – including the many hours in discussions with Farrish, my insurance company, my attorneys to protect me against the claim filed against me, time to shop for a new Jeep, etc. Again, only after I posted a report of the incident on DealerRater did the dealership contact me and inform me that I should file a claim with its insurance carrier for compensation of my time (something not noted during our initial discussions). I am a faithful customer of Jeep and acquired a new Jeep at another dealership who was astonished about the incident and the offer made by Farrish. Potential Farrish customers should be aware of Farrish’s practices of allowing employees to take their personal property home and their treatment of customers who have been harmed by their practices.
