I cannot say enough about the extremely positive experience I had buying my new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Stacey and Terry! Yes I said "positive" and buying a new car in the same sentence! From day one when I entered the dealership to inquire about the new Cherokee, to the day I picked up my Grand Cherokee instead, I felt as if I was a partner in the process. Completely absent was the stereotypical car salesperson persona. No hype. No pressure. Knowledgable and courteous sales--plain and simple. There is no "man behind the curtain"/"Wizard Of Oz" phenomenon where the salesperson goes back and forth between the customer and the "manager" and the former gets haggled to the point of final surrender. Stacey and Terry offered a fair price from the onset. We agreed. Deal done! My husband and I couldn't be happier with our new Jeep! I am fortunate to live close enough to Farrish to access them for ongoing support as I navigate the many technology features of my new car. After a very long search, we finally found the Jeep we wanted at Farrish. Farrish carries such a large stock of vehicles that they were able to match our exhaustive list of requirements. Finally, when we went to pick up our new Wrangler, it had been detailed perfectly and was ready to go. John even stayed late on a Friday night to wait for us and get everything done with the sale. Despite the lateness of the hour, he helped us get the Jeep's entertainment and Bluetooth systems set up before we headed out. After taking alot of his time to answer additional questions and bring additional vehicles for us to look at, Chris kept a very low pressure environment to see where we might be on considering a purchase.
