My daughter and I had been looking at Jeep Wranglers for several weeks. We visited several dealerships in the area and were not only disappointed in the dismissive attitude of the sales personnel, but fran several weeks. We decided to pop into Farrish on a Saturday afternoon just to look at inventory and were greeted by Terry Fant. He was polite, interested and candid about our prospects of being able to find a vehicle remotely within my budget. It was obvious we had found a salesperson who would either be able to help us find a Wrangler, or at least gently temper our expectations without being rude and condescending. After a couple of hours test driving and coming to grips with a negative equity trade-in (the only downside to this entire process which affected the overall price), Terry was able to find the exact vehicle we wanted and nearly within my price range. After working with my own lender, the monthly payment moved even closer to my target price and we closed the deal. The original vehicle we had agreed to purchase was no longer available by the following Monday, but Terry found one with even more features at the same price. We agreed to accept this vehicle despite the missing tow package offered on the original vehicle. Without hesitation, Terry stated they would install one for free. After closing the deal, he patiently spent as much time as needed working with us to "learn" about a Jeep Wrangler. When my daughter returned several days later to have the towing package installed, Terry was right there overseeing the entire process. I have marked nearly all ratings GREAT for this reason. The GOOD ratings only pertain to the trade-in disappointment,. I have already recommended this dealership, and specifically Terry Fant, to several colleagues and my daughter's friend -- who so desperately needs and deserves a new vehicle. She wants a Jeep Compass. I hope Terry will be able to help her, as well. More

Terry Fant is an outstanding guy to work with when looking for and buying a car. In the past I have always been frustrated when looking at cars because of overly persistent car salesmen. Once he has a feel for what you are looking for and has answered your initial questions, he lets you look around without interruption, until you have additional questions or have found a specific car you would like to see. This is the fourth Jeep that my parents and I have bought, and we insist on working with Terry when we are in the market for a new car. Although all the Farrish employees I have met are very nice and helpful, I recommend requesting to meet with Terry if you are in the market for a car from Farrish. More
We bought two vehicles from Farrish. John Grundy was fantastic to work with (no pressure, laid back & VERY knowledgeable) and the GM, Ralph Perkins is AWESOME. We hate buying cars but this was relative fantastic to work with (no pressure, laid back & VERY knowledgeable) and the GM, Ralph Perkins is AWESOME. We hate buying cars but this was relatively painless and we got more for our trade-in and lower prices for the new vehicles than even Consumer Reports reported we could get. So many dealerships treat the 'internet sale' as nothing more than another lead. Well guess what, most technology people (and I would guess younger buyers as well) don't want to bother with setting up a meeting for a test drive or come in to the dealership so we can show you our lot. We know what we want, we know the price that is fair, and can you do it ? Yes or No. Yes, in Farrish's case. No hassle, no hidden fees. In addition to the easy financial transaction, John came in on his day off to check on my vehicle that was a few days late arriving from Jeep and stayed until I was able to pick up my Jeep in the evening. I was fresh off a HORRIBLE experience at a different Jeep dealer, and was hoping I wouldn't have a similar experience with Farrish. A lot of dealers advertise "haggle free" pricing, but trust me, that is not the case with everyone. But with Farrish, it was actually true! I'm so glad I chose Farrish. I have never had an easier car buying experience ever, anywhere. They had the car I wanted (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited), at the price I wanted to pay, and I was able to essentially negotiate the deal in under 15 minutes. John Grundy, my salesman, was extremely professional and respectful. He made what is usually a very painful process refreshingly easy. I highly recommend you go see John Grundy at Farrish Jeep Dodge if you want a TRULY hassle free experience. More

I was weary of buying a new car based on previous dealership experiences, but I did have a good experience with Farrish 3 years ago when I leased a Wrangler, so I was hopeful for a repeat performance dealership experiences, but I did have a good experience with Farrish 3 years ago when I leased a Wrangler, so I was hopeful for a repeat performance. I came in on a Thursday and spoke with Jim the sales manager. He introduced me to Chris Davis, who took me on a test drive of a 2014 Grand Cherokee. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. I returned the following Tuesday to purchase the Grand Cherokee after exchanging emails with Miguel the sales manager. Miguel explained the process for returning my leased vehicle and purchasing the new one, and he answered all of my questions. John Grundy helped me with the return of my Wrangler and purchase of my new Grand Cherokee. He was extremely helpful walking through the process and paperwork, answering all of my questions, and setting up the new car prior to me driving off of the lot. John in Finance was extremely helpful getting all of the financial paperwork done efficiently, and even found a bank that would beat my credit union's interest rate--saving me time and money! Rather than having to visit my credit union and go through their process, I was able to take care of everything that day and drive off the lot with my new car. This made me very happy! Overall I was thrilled with the team effort and level of service I received from Farrish Jeep. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the process was easy and fairly quick. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is shopping the brands this dealership sells. I would truly give them an A+. More
