This is the dealership to go to for a Jeep Wrangler! So many to choose from and look at! We had been looking locally for months and not able to find what we were wanting. The only issue came down to trade-in and I know that wasn't anything she could assist with. I feel our trade-in should have garnered more, but since i was involved in an accident (Not my fault) and the way the accident was written/claimed; I am the one who ultimately "paid for it" by not getting more for the trade. Follow-up with Stacie has also been good, we took our Jeep back to have the front seat looked at and she took it right back to service for us. I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. Even as the deal was fixed and the deposit was made, Gerry continued to stay quick and personalized for his responses to me. Anyone who has tried to order a Jeep would know it takes 6-8 weeks for the delivery, and as I'm going through this journey currently, Gerry has been prompt as every for any questions I ask, no matter how silly it is. We went into Farrish Dodge with quite a challenge. We had recently purchased (only 18 months earlier) a brand new Ford Explorer XLT. Unfortunately, when we did so, we didn't really think to the future and we recently purchased (only 18 months earlier) a brand new Ford Explorer XLT. Unfortunately, when we did so, we didn't really think to the future and we did not get the tow package. So after attempting to have the tow package added on after market, we decided our only option if we planned to tow a travel trailer was to say goodbye to our Explorer and get a new tow vehicle. Wanting to keep the fuel economy of a V6, the Durango was an obvious choice. When we went into Farrish, we told John that we wanted to minimize the impact of trading in a brand new car and get the new Durango price as close to the trade in value of our Explorer. Of course it was an impossible feat, especially since we were unwilling to give up the leather interior. But John did everything he could to find us discounts and he got closer to that number with a brand new Durango Crew than another dealer got with a used Durango! The entire experience was really great and we left knowing that we got an awesome deal on the Durango. We love our new truck and we are excited to purchase our travel trailer in the spring! More
