I was very pleased to work with Stacie at Farrish. She wasn't pushy...was knowledgable and extremely helpful in my demands. My wife and I spent a lot of time determining what our next vehicle would be. Once we selected the Dodge Durango, we visited Farrish because it was the closest to our house. We had a great experience with John Grundy, who showed us the Durango's on the lot and described the different trim levels and options. He also listened to what we told him we needed. They did not have the right car for us on the lot. We tried another dealership in the area, but we not impressed. They had a good Durango, but we could not agree on a price. Also, we definitely felt like they were putting us through the typical car dealer paces (i.e. passed on to multiple "managers" who have to talk to us about price, pressure to make a decision, etc.) I am happy we walked away from that situation. When we contacted John, he listened to us and eventually offered to order a Durango that met our needs and budget. The ordering process was painless and the car showed up earlier than promised. Unfortunately we were out of town at the time. John kept the keys and paperwork so no one else could sell or test drive it. We are very happy with our vehicle and with the service we received from John and the rest of the team at Farrish. They listened, didn't pressure us an now we have a new SUV that we love. More
