I was in search of a luxury used car and drove by this Farrish dealership by chance (after visiting 4 different dealerships). I felt very comfortable with the car I selected and he kindly coordinated and facilitated the purchase process via the Sales department. In Sales, Mr John Obanon was very knowledgeable in suggesting useful options... and proceeded with a comfortable sale transaction. A couple of days later, I came back to the facility to get my tags from the trade-in car.... The general manager (used cars) was just as friendly and helpful. kudos to Mr Herb Williams... The new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee is beautiful, safe, a great family vehicle and perfect for my almost 16 year old daughter to drive when she's ready. I left the Toyota dealership feeling pressured to buy a car I wasn't in love with and was pleasantly surprised to enter this dealership where there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Every sales person, manager, receptionist treated our family with respect and completely honored our decisions. Stacie took the time to listen to our needs and explain the pros and cons of the options. When we returned from giving the Highlander back, she had all of the vehicles with our specific options lined up in front of the building for us to compare. We received more than fair value on our trade and all with a warm and happy energy. The process was fast, convenient and easy. She even offered to go out to get my kids dinner! This place is a hidden gem! I love my new car and love this dealership. If car buying was this easy, people would do it all the time. More

Chris did a great job- he was attentive to my questions and was helpful in finding me the right car. Loved terry. He was friendly to begin with and adjusted with not being able to find the car that we wanted (given a stock number) with not only finding the car we wanted, but also finding us one that gave with not being able to find the car that we wanted (given a stock number) with not only finding the car we wanted, but also finding us one that gave us a slight discount. We mentioned the Junks, he was on top of that discount as well. The price they gave us on our trade-in was a little disappointing, but par for the course given the car (2009 Mini Cooper) so I don't think that's a factor. They gave us a fantastic price on the sticker (about $2k below Edmunds), we were able to balance on the trade-in, and walked away with an incredible vehicle. All in all, an incredible car-buying experience. Highly recommend you see the guys at Farrish. Look for Terry, he'll make sure you're taken care of. More
