She was very patient with me as I requested to look at various versions of the Grand Cherokee, along with different color options, packages, etc. After a few test drives, I'd found the model I liked. The financing process was very relaxed and straight-forward as well. Again, everyone I dealt with was very polite, at no point did I feel I was being pressured into anything, and it was overall a very pleasant experience, from sales to financing to walking away with my new ride. They took the car in and fixed it when it was convenient for me without hassle and without any discussion of charges. I was pleased with everything from the test drive to the sales team to the finance folks. The minor Quality Control issue with the vehicle at the plant was a minor inconvenience.
