I have owned several used cars but I had never purchased a new vehicle before I bought this Jeep Wrangler from John at Farrish. We have been doing business with Farrish of Fairfax for close to twenty years. Yesterday we bought a 2013 Jeep Cherokee which is our fourth Jeep leased or purchased with Farrish. Mr. Simon Chu and the staff were incredibly helpful and assisting. Mr. Chu went out of his way to be accommodating, answering questions and ensuring that all of our queries were responded to. The walk through with Mr. Chu of our new vehicle was very thorough and very informative. Mr. Chu made us feel as though we were the only customers he had to worry about throughout our visit. We also appreciated Mr. Chu's follow up phone call hours after we had returned home. We inadvertently left our garage door opener in our trade-in. Mr. Chu went out of his way to let us know he retrieved and it was available when we were able to pick it up. We also had a wonderful experience working with Mike, one of the finance managers. My wife and I had been searching for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee for several weeks. We visited several dealerships in the area and dealt with many 'typical' car salespeople. We were beginning to think that we would not be able to get the car we wanted for the price we were willing to pay. We contacted Farrish via their website. Simon Chu contacted us very quickly. We set up an appointment to look at a 2013 Grand Cherokee. I was expecting more of the same when we went to Farrish. I was immediately and pleasantly surprised when Simon met me at the door and welcomed me into the showroom. We took the car for a test drive. Simon demonstrated every single button and feature of the car. When we sat down to discuss pricing, I told him that I wanted a best and final OTD price and wanted to see the breakdown of every number. He quickly came back with the number that we were willing to pay. The process was very quick, very easy and I never felt any pressure to buy.
