There were no surprises when we financed through the dealership and the entire process took less than four hours until we were on the road with our brand new Jeep Patriot. Simon even showed us how to use all the great features before we left and setup our phones to connect to Bluetooth. I came into the dealership knowing that I wanted a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but had not settled on what trim level I wanted. I had a list of features that were "must haves" and, thanks to Farrish's large Jeep Grand Cherokee, but had not settled on what trim level I wanted. Chris was our salesperson and came as a recommendation of my father who purchased a car from him several weeks ago. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone- he was very friendly, easy to work with, patient with us while we decided on a color, and best of all he wasn't pushy. He helped us get everything on my must have list while working within our budget. We are very happy with the price and are confident that we got a fair deal. Chris was very thorough and made sure we didn't leave without all our questions answered. After completing the paperwork, he made sure I knew how to program all of the settings and connect my iPhone to the car. We took 2 test drives, 1 of which Simon accompanied us on. Simon was very knowledgeable and didn't make us feel rushed on the test drive. He was very friendly and showed us all the features of the car. This didn't ruin my experience at Farrish, but I found the business manager we worked with to complete our paperwork to be quite unpleasant and rude. More
