A couple things to note: -Their doc fee is high, though posted (take this into account when you're negotiating) -Their finance rates are not competitive with the market, so do your research beforehand -They refunded the excess fees they collected for titling and registering my car (out of state) with minimal hassle. Overall, Farrish was a great dealer to work with and if I was still in the area, they would be the first place I would go to when purchasing a new vehicle. More

Right off the bat Gerry had a sunny, friendly personality. We were thinking this was part of his game. After 3,4,5 hrs of him PATIENTLY helping us make the right decision we finally went with the perfect jeep for us. He in no way tried to lean us towards something that HE wanted us to get.
