We had an amazing experience last Saturday when we arrived at the Farrish dealership. From the time that we were greeted to the end of the sale and getting the keys. He worked with us to get the best price possible for our trade in, then worked with us on lowering the price of the car we really wanted. After we agreed on the price, we signed and waited for finance. Kim in finance was also amazing. Because of our low credit scores we were not sure that we would be able to get the car we wanted due to affordability with such high interest. But Kim worked with the finance company and got our payments lowered into our price range and that was including the extended warranty coverage! We have already recommended this dealership to our friends and family. My brother in law is looking into getting a new car as well and will be visiting the Farrish family. Thank you to everyone who works there for not making us feel like we were obligated to get a car through you, thank you for taking the time to work with us instead of trying to screw us over and thank you for being so welcome! Can't say enough about Simon. We had a family emergency and were not able to meet with him at the designated time so we emailed him to let him know. He was very understanding and sincerely wished us the b and were not able to meet with him at the designated time so we emailed him to let him know. He was very understanding and sincerely wished us the best. We were finally able to meet with him later in the day and right off, he inquired about our family issue. His sincerity set the tone for the rest of the meeting! He was extremely knowlegable aboout the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Not once did we feel any pressure to buy! Because the dealership was so busy, there was, understandably, a considerable wait, but Simon was attentive...offering drinks and snacks. He shared stories about his family as did we! We had the best experience last night. I needed a car, and Sam showed us cars to choose from. Each time we took a test drive - the next one was there, ready to try.
