The sales manager (Justin Hoffman)was very cordial, and fully understood that I was "shopping" on my first visit and would likely return-no pressure to "sign now!" When I'd decided on a vehicle, there was no pressure to accept something close, either in-stock or exchanged from another dealer. I find this a strong positive in my Auto Dealer experiences.
