From the time that we went to look at the car, until we left with our new car Simon was great. He made sure that during the test drive he was showing me all the different features in the car, and after our left with our new car Simon was great. This was the second dealership we had been to, and by far preferred customer service (hence us buying a car from him rather then the other sales rep. I appreciated that even when we were waiting for all the paperwork, and the car to get detailed he made sure that he was talking to us, and even showing us a picture of his granddaughter, and I really appreciated his genuine kindness. Other then a couple hiccups in paperwork, I couldnt be happier with our experience. And that is solely due to Simon. More

I first sought to buy a 2012 Grand Cherokee at the dealership at which I had bought my 94 Grand Cherokee. However, I felt like I was getting a runaround. I went on the Farrish website and was able to decide on the options, color, etc., that would be best for me. In interactions with the sales manager through email, i was unable to get the price I wanted but was given straight and complete information. Encouraged, I paid an unannounced visit to the dealership. I was only there a few minutes when Simon Chu came out and offered to help. I was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles, and suggestions. Within a few minutes, we narrowed down the choices. He got the car I described and we went for a test drive. Again, I was impressed with his ability to answer any and all questions quickly and honestly. There was no pressure to upgrade or take something I didn't need. We worked out an agreement that was fair, and I took a night to sleep on it, and compare the offer with the offers still coming in from the other dealer. The choice was easy. I signed the papers the next day. The process was comparatively easy and hassle free, with no pressure to add additional cost items to the purchase. Simon Chu was very helpful throughout and gave a very thorough run through of all the features of the vehicle (which is completely different from the 94 model) before I drove it away. I would highly recommend the Farrish experience and Simon Chu in particular. More

Simon was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were looking for a Grand Cherokee, with specific features and color. I found the car at Farrish through the internet. I had priced similar GCs at other dealers and had a good idea what a fair pric features and color. I found the car at Farrish through the internet. The initial price provided over the phone was very close to what I expected. We arranged to meet that evening and four hours later drove home with our new GC. We worked with Simon Chu who was excellent to deal with. He knew every detail about the car. He explained all the features and showed us how to use each feature. After test driving, we quickly negoiated the final deal. I thought Simon was very fair in considering our offer. I wanted a tow hitch added and Simon arranged to have this installed on the date I requested. We were able to obtain competitive financing at Farrish. They matched my credit union rate. Cath Murphy helped with the financing and all the paperwork. Everyone I worked with was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Overall we were very pleased with Farrish Jeep and very happy to have had the opportunity to have Simon Chu as our Sales Consultant. More
Was looking for a car and after determing I wanted a Wrangler, I did extensive research online. Went to a dealership besides Farrish first, they were nice, but unresponsive. Sent an internet request to Farrish, Simon got back to me within an hour, which is remarkable. Within 3 days I was in the Wrangler I wanted at a price I wanted. To put it mildly, Simon is fantastic, a very nice person, no nonsense, knows his stuff, extremely friendly, honest and helpful. Simon made this car buying experience terrific, not only that, but I was there late on a week night and it was not until 9pm, when the dealer closes, that I decided which Wrangler I wanted. Well, needless to say, Simon stayed until two hours later (after the car was washed, fueled and contract prepared),to show me all the functions of the car, the nav system, etc. Simon did not rush me, he did not pressure me and in fact was as honest and patient a salesperson as I ever met. Dealing with Simon was a great experience and I have a great Wrangler (because it's not just a car) to thank him for. Go to Farrish and talk to Simon, if he can't do it, it can't be done. More
