We were in the market for a mid-size SUV and compared what seemed like every option from: GMC, Buick, Acura, Honda, Lexus, and Dodge. Our experience brought us across 10+ dealers in both Maryland and Vi what seemed like every option from: GMC, Buick, Acura, Honda, Lexus, and Dodge. Our experience brought us across 10+ dealers in both Maryland and Virginia, and we ultimately chose a 2012 Durango from Farrish. We worked primarily with Terry and Richard and their service was outstanding. In a low pressure interaction we got accurate information, reasonable suggestions, and when we asked for it we were given extremely competitive prices without being jerked around. At the end of the deal, Terry even came in on a day off to accommodate our schedules. I would highly recommend farrish as a whole, and Terry and Richard specifically. More

Simon Chu is excellent! Heading to Farrish Jeep yesterday to look at Jeeps for my husband I was filled with nerves and angst. Would I find the right thing? Would the price be right? Would the sales-oerson treat me differently than if I had my husband with me? Luckily I was paired with Simon Chu! His friendly and gentle approach immediately put me at ease. I had many questions about the difference between the three Jeep models and Simon patiently answered my questions. My daughter who was with me said I asked the same question ten different ways and he never got frustrated with me. Once i finally determined what I wanted the exact car was not available. Either the color was off, or it had options I wasn't interested in or it didn't have the options I wanted. Mr. Chu brought in Sales Manager Miquel Rayaz and it didn't take them long to put together the right package at a price I felt comfortable with. After the sale was completed Simon took me back out to my new Jeep and carefully went over every feature on the car. He showed me how to remove the top, set the menu items, what each dial and knob was and he even set up my phone to the Bluetooth device. To top off his excellent service he went with me to the Parts Department to purchase the rubber mats I wanted and suggested that wheel locks were a good idea. He put the mats in the car for me, showed me how to use the remote ignition and offered to have me stop in in the future should I ever have any more questions. Buying a car was not what I remembered. Mr. Chu made this a very pleasant experience and I will definitely recommend him and your dealership to friends. More

Farrish Dealer has been the easiest dealer I have worked with by far. I actually chose and bought my car while deployed to Iraq and Farrish (specifically Simon Chu) helped me immensely. I told Simon what kind of Wrangler I wanted and he found it for me. He sent me multiple window stickers and descriptions of vehicles so I could choose the perfect one. All of the paperwork was done via email which made life SO easy for me. All I had to do was go to the dealership finalize finances and drive me car home! Farrish of Fairfax made everything SO EASY. They are very friendly and most importantly very helpful. Finance found a lower interest rate vs other banks and credit unions. It was amazing. Thank you Farrish! More

Simon was extremely helpful. He showed us all of the features and accessories. We used a car buying service so there was no haggle with the price. We brought our 1 month old and our 2 year old, needless features and accessories. We used a car buying service so there was no haggle with the price.
