Simon was extremely helpful. He showed us all of the features and accessories. We used a car buying service so there was no haggle with the price. After searching and arguing with every Dodge dealer on the Eastern seaboard about vehicle pricing, I found the Ram 1500 that belonged in my driveway nestled away in northern Virginia. I called and asked to speak to a sales manager, and was directed to Justin Hoffman. I am not a math matician but I knew basically what I should get for this truck. After being 0 for 8 with dealers and explaining my situation to John, he called me back within a half hour to say, "not a problem." Naturally, I was thrilled and did everything necessary to make arrangements to get the new vehicle the following weekend. I was put into contact with John Grundy, and everything was so smooth it was almost scary. After all this is a car dealer not an amusement park. When I arrived at the dealer I met with Justin and John, and everything went smooth. I was in and out there in 2:50 minutes, which I am not sure if that is normal, but here in Philly everything takes 20 minutes! Luckily I had a 3 hour ride home with a 4 year old that night! Bottom line is that in 5 years 2 hours and 50 minutes, I will contact this dealer again because of the no hassle bull$#!t other dealers give you! It was well worth the 300 mile round trip to deal with great proffesionals that just wanna make the customer happy!! More

Simon was also far more helpful than any other dealer and more than I expected. Beyond auto features and other info. For example we were one of the first people to price a new 2012 Jeep Wrangler. When working up a price (at multiple dealers) we noticed a big up charge on one of the options from the 2011 which did not make sense. Other dealerships ignored our questions as if we were idiots. Simon recognized it quickly, investigated it and then immediately corrected our price. The dealership reported it to the Jeep regional rep where the ordering tool was corrected for all buyers and dealers the following day. This dealer saved their customer money and also saved money for people they do not even know. Does it get better than this? Best price and service!!! I am recommending them to everyone. More
