Simon Chu was very friendly and informative sales person, I give him a 5 stars. I cannot say the same for other departments,as the only problem I encounter; was the process or requirement of their financial I give him a 5 stars. I obtain my own financing with my bank, and they still wanted to pull my credit which I did not understand, they kept me waiting for a long period of time during the purchase of my new vehicle the day before it was supposed to be delivered. I had to explain myself, when there was no need to, given the fact all my information was proven. They said my check would not suffice because it was not a certified fund check, although there were dealer instructions for them to verify funds with the bank, and again I was not driving the vehicle away until the next day. By far this has been the most lenghthy buying transaction in my vehicle purchase history. Overall, the car is great and again Simon was very good at describing everything that came with this vehicle, and recommend to see him for any vehicle purchase at Farrish. More

For those of you who are unaware how close that is: about an hour and a half away. I certainly understand there are circumstances that happen, but we were buying a vehicle because we needed one. We weren't trading up or down, we'd just driven our other vehicle to its death. Simon was very patient with us, as we had very specific needs for the vehicle we purchased. And he was very willing to help us find what we were looking for regardless of where it was. He was very friendly and not pushy. If you are looking for follow-through, this is the place to go. More

They had two Jeep Wranglers with the options we were looking for and there was no pressure to hurry up and choose. We had done our homework online and found the last Jeep in the state equipped the way we wanted at Farrish- over an hour away from our home. I received an "eprice" almost immediately that was lower than expected. As a "cold call", we were directed to Simon Chu and arranged for a test drive. When we arrived, Simon had pulled the vehicle to the front of the dealership, but he was busy with another customer. Miguel saw us waiting and answered our questions until Simon was available. There was no need to haggle and play games. The Jeep was what we wanted at a good price (we had done our homework!), and Simon was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ms. Murphy in the finance department presented the extended warranty information professionally but without being aggressive or pushy. She even found us a better interest rate than our pre-approved rate at our credit union! Paperwork completed, Simon took the time (after closing) to go over all the features of the vehicle, and he set up both of our cell phones to work with the UConnect system in the Jeep. He seemed genuinely interested in our complete satisfaction with the sales experience as well as with the vehicle. There was some damage to the front bumper, and the dealership promised to replace it. I purposely withheld my review until the repair was complete so that I could include that experience in my review as well. Simon maintained contact with me to ensure our satisfaction and to schedule the repair. He arranged for a loaner car while the Jeep bumper was replaced and even provided and installed an additional accessory free of charge! The quality of the repair and installation was excellent, and the service department was extremely friendly. I would rate my purchase experience at Farrish as one of, if not THE, best new car purchase experiences we’ve ever had…and I’m picky! More

Mr. Chu was the reason for coming back to the dealership he was an excellent salesman. We are current Jeep owners that brought us in but Mr. Chu completed the sale in a professional manner. Simple kindness was expressed and given and by Mr. Chu we greatly appreciated, it was refreshing to find it at a car dealership.
