I called and asked to speak to a sales manager, and was directed to Justin Hoffman. I am not a math matician but I knew basically what I should get for this truck. After being 0 for 8 with dealers and explaining my situation to John, he called me back within a half hour to say, "not a problem." Naturally, I was thrilled and did everything necessary to make arrangements to get the new vehicle the following weekend. I was put into contact with John Grundy, and everything was so smooth it was almost scary. After all this is a car dealer not an amusement park. When I arrived at the dealer I met with Justin and John, and everything went smooth. I was in and out there in 2:50 minutes, which I am not sure if that is normal, but here in Philly everything takes 20 minutes! Luckily I had a 3 hour ride home with a 4 year old that night! Bottom line is that in 5 years 2 hours and 50 minutes, I will contact this dealer again because of the no hassle bull$#!t other dealers give you! It was well worth the 300 mile round trip to deal with great proffesionals that just wanna make the customer happy!! More

Simon was also far more helpful than any other dealer and more than I expected. Beyond auto features and other info. For example we were one of the first people to price a new 2012 Jeep Wrangler. When working up a price (at multiple dealers) we noticed a big up charge on one of the options from the 2011 which did not make sense. Other dealerships ignored our questions as if we were idiots. Simon recognized it quickly, investigated it and then immediately corrected our price. The dealership reported it to the Jeep regional rep where the ordering tool was corrected for all buyers and dealers the following day. A little over a year ago I started looking for a new SUV to replace my aging Chevy Blazer. I thought I was a "Bow Tie Guy", so that's where I started. It seemed that Jeep was the last American 4 wheel drive SUV. Being a member of a Credit Union with a number of car/truck buyers club resources I found Farrish Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Faifax, VA. I first spoke to Mr. Richard May. He answered every question I had regarding the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was nice to meet a salesman who knew the product. I told him exactly what I was looking for and though they did not have it in stock, Mr. May and his sales manager Mr. Hoffman assured me, that when I was ready Farrish Jeep would find it. I took two more weeks to make my final decision. What really set Farrish apart for me was the fact that there was no pressure. At no time was I pressured to buy from dealer stock. No up sale to a more expensive model. I was never bombarded with emails, phone calls or text messages. When I was ready I gave them a call. Less than week later I had my new 2011 WK2. Farrish got the exact Jeep I wanted for the best price. I even got more for my old Chevy than I ever expected. It was a great shopping and buying experience. More

Simon Chu was very friendly and informative sales person, I give him a 5 stars. I cannot say the same for other departments,as the only problem I encounter; was the process or requirement of their financial I give him a 5 stars. I obtain my own financing with my bank, and they still wanted to pull my credit which I did not understand, they kept me waiting for a long period of time during the purchase of my new vehicle the day before it was supposed to be delivered. I had to explain myself, when there was no need to, given the fact all my information was proven. They said my check would not suffice because it was not a certified fund check, although there were dealer instructions for them to verify funds with the bank, and again I was not driving the vehicle away until the next day. By far this has been the most lenghthy buying transaction in my vehicle purchase history. Overall, the car is great and again Simon was very good at describing everything that came with this vehicle, and recommend to see him for any vehicle purchase at Farrish. More
