I received an unsolicited sales pitch for servicing my truck from Jeff Hanna of Farrish Dodge. I wrote Jeff back asking if their service practices had changed as my last experience was not the best (ende truck from Jeff Hanna of Farrish Dodge. I wrote Jeff back asking if their service practices had changed as my last experience was not the best (ended up taking truck to gas station for service in half the time). Did I hear back from Jeff? Did he respond to my inquiry? Nope. So I responded to him again, for sure a direct email to him. Response? Nope. Not quite sure what is going on but suggested to Jeff that of the several visits I had to Farrish all were unfavorable and I would share those with others given his total lack of respect to me for not responding to his inquiry, especially given it was he that stated the inquiry. But for now I will hold back on the lack of professionalism at Farrish. More
I bought a 2019 Wrangler last year, had a great experience with the sales team as I said back then when I bougt my Jeep. I just had my 15K oil change and check up. Horrible Service Manager If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. The manager Marc Johnson was very rude to me after the fact that his technician couldnt complete my vehicl If I could give a ZERO star rating I would. I took my 2014 grand cherokee there for a warranty dash replacement and when I picked my car up there was about 5 other things wrong with my car. They told me to bring it back and I did. Two weeks later my vehicle was ready and then there is a huge gash in my door. I asked to speak to Marc Johnson and he was supposedly in a meeting. I waited from 4:30pm until 6pm when the service department closes. At 6 there was no sign of Marc so I went inside and told the advisor to please have Marc call me in the morning. I drove over to the dealership side and asked to speak to the general manager Ralph. Next thing you know Marc shows his face and then tells me that I am taking advantage of him and that he had to spend $700 on fixing my car (somthing that could have been avoided if the technician would have done it right the first time). Long story short, this morning I picked up my car and its now fixed and back to normal but I asked if they could make up for my time and provided me with a detail and some all weather mats and the answer I was given by Marc Johnson the Service Manager at Farrish was NO! I will never bring my vehicle back here for any type of service and I will tell all my Jeep buddies about my experiences here. Sorry Farrish you lost my business. More
Great and honest experience overall- Thanks Jeff! My weekend experience: I have a 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee that was purchased at another Jeep dealership in Tysons. I bought it in August brand new and My weekend experience: I have a 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee that was purchased at another Jeep dealership in Tysons. I bought it in August brand new and as of today I have 7000 miles. My oil light has come on to remind me of oil change. I called Farrish Jeep dealership on Friday and spoke to a Jeff in Service to schedule an oil change. He looked up my information and told me I wasn't given the correct warranty package based on my vehicle. Based on the warranty I was sold from the other dealership they had me at 10,000 miles to get oil change . Jeff said even if the intervals was corrected to 5000 so I can get oil change now I would still have to pay because it is for semi synthetic oil and not full synthetic which that is what my truck takes. Now they got the wrong oil type listed. Geesh! His recommendation would be to go back to the original dealership that sold me the warranty. I did just that and of course I got a little haggle at first since they wanted me to pay additional $500 to change the intervals from 10k to 5k. I wasn't happy and expressed my frustration to the point to get escalated, they end up making it right and changing it to reflect the correct warranty plan without me having to pay additional money. I called Farrish back the next day and got Jeff again on the phone. I went ahead and scheduled my oil change for Tuesday. I really do appreciate Jeff taking the time to explain all this to me and being honest. He could've not said anything and I would have came there for the oil change and would've be taken by surprise that it wasn't covered and having to pay out of pocket. He definitely provided awesome customer service including a reminder call today about my 7am appointment tomorrow. Look forward to them taking care of my car. Thanks Jeff! More
Sold me a bed cover for my truck and it leaks and they won’t refund my money. They say nothing they can do about leak. They should have told me this when I got it be because that was the reason for getting it so anything I carry wouldn’t get wet. Have had covers on other trucks and never had a problem. Have been a loyal customer but after this will never go back to this dealership again. The manager hadn’t come in so I waited four hours to speak to him and they finally said he was at a meeting. He never showed up so don’t know if they talked to him but they could have told me this earlier without me wasting my time. More

I would have liked to have dealt with a sales manager at some point like other places but they did not seem to want to deal with me face to face. Otherwise sales was good. Had to take car in for some service soon afterwards. That was a disaster. They did not realize I was waiting and so they took their time until I checked around the time they promised and they were just starting. The biggest mark of their care for the customer was when I got my brand new car back there was oil all over the driver door, footwell, carpet and dash. I went back in to ask the service manager for something to clean it with. He handed me a rag with something sprayed on it. Other dealerships would have come out to clean it themselves and apologize but not at Farrish. So I cleaned it but I need more cleaner than what they sprayed on the towel and went back in to ask for the whole bottle. Again another opportunity to take an interest and realize this was a good amount of oil but nope. So after cleaning for 10 minutes in the parking lot I returned the spray bottle. No interest. Shows you how much they care. No big deal as I have Fair Oaks and Koons to use for any future service nearby. More

Great Straight forward service Needed an oil change, came in chris took the car from me. Had the car back in an hour and a half. Found a nail in the tire and plugged it. Also alerted me to the rear brakes needing to be changed before next safety inspection. They washed the car for me and I was on my way. The level of attention and service they gave to an oil change was up there. Chris has my business from now on More
Beyond my expectations I currently have two Jeep Wranglers, a 2014 lifted Rubicon JKU with a Ripp Supercharger among other performance modifications and a 2019 lifted Rubico I currently have two Jeep Wranglers, a 2014 lifted Rubicon JKU with a Ripp Supercharger among other performance modifications and a 2019 lifted Rubicon JLU. I recently had the necessity to bring both vehicles to Fairrish Jeep Service. The Supercharged Jeep was throwing an error code regarding cam position timing. I actually had the vehicle at a different Jeep Dealership for an airbag recall, but they flat out refused to work on the vehicle, suggesting that I go with a performance shop. The closest authorized Ripp Supercharged shop is in Burtonsville, Maryland (Adrenaline Offroad). Amazing as this sounds, the owner of Adrenaline Offroad mentioned to me that a former tech of his (Mitch) now works at Farrish and actually arranged with Mitch for me to bring my vehicle into their shop. When I called Farrish to set up an appointment, my service advisor, Chris, was already aware of the circumstances. I dropped my vehicle off with Chris and he introduced me directly to Mitch. Mitch said that he already began researching the problem before even seeing the vehicle. Needless to say, the issue was resolved quickly and without a major blow to the wallet. When the 2019 Rubicon started throwing an axle locker error, I knew exactly who to call. I dropped the vehicle off with Chris (and Farrish) without hesitation. Chris kept me up to date with what the issue was (a connection that must have been stressed during the lift kit install (not done by Farrish). Along with fixing the issue, Chris went above and beyond my expectations and ordered a center console part that was also known to have issues. No one likes to bring their cars in for service, but at least now I feel like I have found a reliable and honest shop. Big thanks to Mitch, Chris and the service team at Farrish! I really appreciate the care and attention they have provided. More
