Great service experience I took my Buick Enclave to Faulkner due to a recall issue, and since I was going, had a 60,000 mile service as well. There was a delay in the recall item and it took a few extra days to get the part, but Leslie was wonderful to work with. She provided timely updates and was always very friendly and professional. I was offered a courtesy car due to the delay, and Leslie went out of her way to get items from my car that I might need (child's car seat, phone charger, and garage door opener). I would definitely go back for service when needed again. More
