Always had excellent service from this dealership. Bought my last 2 Buicks from them. Needed inspection and emissions done. I needed service on my car and called the dealership and Vincent Cavalcante Answer the phone and he was so patient and professional and detailed oriented. I was so impressed with him. In the past, I have met service people who were frustrated or angry, and just not happy with their jobs all except Leslie Hurst in service - she seems to be the conflict resolver and makes the customer happy and understand what is happening or why the car is taking longer than normal when I wait . When I brought my car in to drop off for the work to be done, Vincent was there to check me in and take my key. He was very informational and patient with me explaining exactly what was gonna happen the next day. I like friendly and happy individuals and Vincent is one of them. The next day he called me In the morning to explain that the issue is not covered under warranty and what the cost would be. He needed my approval before going ahead and doing the work since it was going to cost me. He called about two hours later to say the work has been completed in the car is ready for pick up whenever I can get there. Upon pick up, Vincent was available for me and he showed me the paperwork and the cost and walked me to the cashier i’ve never had a service person be that happy calm, patient, friendly knowledgeable, detail, oriented, and just plain out a good guy if Vincent hadn’t been that way, I was going to take my GMC elsewhere for service work I hope Faulkner treats him right because he is an asset to the company and service department More
