I never got that warm feeling there. I bought a brand new car and the carpet had to be replaced and I think they did a bad job on it. One time I called down to ask a question about an email I got and I had to leave a voicemail and nobody ever called me back. I just used one of the free oil changes yesterday and was told it would be 45 minutes and it took an hour and a half. Everyone was nice yesterday though. Looking back I feel like I spent a lot of money on a brand new car and that carpet should have been made perfect. Instead, it’s loose and it sticks out in places. It’s still under warranty. Maybe I should have them fix it again. More
