Awful experience. Bought my car there and taken it there for service the whole time I owned the car. Starter went bad with only 40k miles on the car. They said they couldn’t look at the car for 3 weeks after it was taken there. They also would not provide a loaner vehicle unless I paid for it because they would need to run a diagnostic test first. Asked if they could run the diagnostic sooner and work on replacing the needed part when the schedule allowed. They refused. After the starter was replaced they said I needed a new battery. The battery was only a few months old. I asked them to remove the battery from the car so I can take it to autozone since it was still under warranty. I then received a call stating that the battery was fine and I can pick up the plate. Why buy your car at the dealer and take it to the dealer for services if they aren’t willing to work with you. I finally got my car back on a Monday and traded it in that Friday at a different dealership. Would not recommend Faulkner to anyone. More

Brought my well taken care of car in for inspection and to change a bulb in the headlight they didn’t fix the light said it was working but it’s not! I got pulled over the next day for my headlight being to change a bulb in the headlight they didn’t fix the light said it was working but it’s not! I got pulled over the next day for my headlight being out and told the officer I just got the headlight fixed he said it was an invalid inspection also now the engine light is on the worse part is that I paid almost $1000. For inspection and they charged me over $500. To fix my headlight that does not work now saying maybe it’s electrical and if so might be another $3000. To fix and changed a filter so I paid them out of good faith and they still have not corrected this I specifically asked to change the bulb in my headlight only they charged me for work they did not do inspected my car and the check engine light never came on since I bought my car. Nobody wants to help me but the took my money I don’t even know what to do this is a dealership shop and they didn’t do work they charged over $500. To change my headlight bulb and it’s not working why is an inspection for a lightbulb and air filter even close to $1000. But at least fix my car right? More
