Kyle tatro is the man My experience with Keenan was outstanding. I am someone who is very hard to please, and skeptical in general of the new car buying experience. I actually dreaded beginning my search based on previous car buying experiences. Based on my very positive experience I'd like to encourage other prospective car buyers to check these guys out. My car was totaled in a flood, and I needed to find a new vehicle quickly. I loved my old car but decided to investigate Honda hybrids. Keenan was my first stop, and I met salesman Brian K. right away. Brian was courteous and professional, and I test drove two Models that I liked. Kyle Tatro was pulled in to answer specific questions. Kyle was friendly and professional, and he was able to answer my many questions. ultimately, I left the dealership to test drive cars across the street, and my search continued for several days. I decided that I preferred the Hondas, so I circled back to Keenan and back to Kyle. I was able to reach out to him numerous times over the phone, both by call and by text. I was very demanding, and I asked Kyle to give me quite a bit of information. At no point in time did Kyle apply any pressure, and I never felt that there was any sort of shell game or deceit regarding the price that I sought to pay for the vehicle that I wanted. My experience involved absolutely zero pressure, and it could not have been smoother. I felt as if I was dealing with somebody who generally wanted to help me find the right vehicle for me, and had no vested interest in trying to push me into a decision. Ultimately, I found the exact model and color of vehicle that I wanted, and I could not have been happier with the process. Finance manager Steve was also a total pro, and walked me through all details of the sale. I am comparing this team of employees to numerous other dealerships that I worked with and I have found that these guys were absolutely outstanding, and I was so happy with my choice.
