Traded in my 2017 Honda Civic-Touring for a 2020 Honda Pilot-EXL at the end of my lease. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a lease loyalty program and Mitch made sure we were treated like family! Pilot-EXL at the end of my lease. I referred my mom to him who is looking for a new CRV, and you know someone is good at their job if you feel comfortable sending your parents. We also get 3 free oil changes from the service department, which was another surprise, as we got the Civic from a different Honda dealership and didn’t have the same awesome experience.
