We explained to him the situation we were in and he led us to his team memeber Mitch. This was our first day of car shopping and they completely respected our boundaries. They were not pushy, they listened and helped find an SUV that would suit us best. We spent a good hour with them the first day. Then I went back two days later to have some numbers worked up so that my fiancé and I could make an informed decision about our options. Kyle helped me that day since it was a holiday and Mitch was tied up, they work hand in hand which is great. After my fiancé and I reviewed the numbers and other car options we felt that the Passport fit us best! I emailed Mitch and we came in two days later to seal the deal after receiving the finance information. The day we picked up our SUV Steve helped process all off our finances and warranty packages, he was great to work with as well! Everyone who works there is extremely friendly! We were joking around, telling stories, they treat you like family! I was beyond impressed with our experience there because you go into it thinking the worst and they proved us wrong!
