When I took the train into town to pick up my van and the dealer's courtesy shuttle couldn’t come get me right away, the person who answered the phone arranged for a valet driver to pick me up instead. When Dave brought my van out for me, he made a point of turning on my seat warmer ahead of time since it was such a cold morning.
