After then purchasing the vehicle, I was still a little daunted by all of the new technology aboard and therefore was concerned about driving the vehicle for a long distance trip I have imminently coming up, Mitch patiently and thoroughly again went over all the minutiae of running the car and showing how the safety features worked while I took copious notes this time to be sure I understood everything. The Pilot's features are truly extensive and impressive. At the conclusion, he invited me to please come back for anything I wasn't sure of at any time and also to just to stop in and say hello when coming in for routine oil changes and such. He was definitely a pleasure to work with. More

Honda Ridgeline purchase April '19 This was my first new vehicle purchase from Keenan Motors and by far the easiest and nicest experience that I have had with a new vehicle purchase. My salesman was Senior Sales Consultant Pat Regan who accompanied me on the most complete test drive I have ever had. The test drive included city streets and high speed highway allowing me to thoroughly vet the vehicle. During the test drive Pat explained and allowed me to experience all of the extensive features and new safety features of this Honda Ridgeline. Pat also gave me a tour of the Doylestown Honda facility and I was impressed with the service center "Drive in and Drop-off" concept and the helpful attitude of Kyle Sharp, the dealer's sales manager. Overall I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and expect this to be the start of a longer term relationship. More

From the minute I walked into their beautiful new location in Doylestown, PA. I felt at ease and very comfortable. I had called ahead and scheduled an appointment with Evan Skoures in sales. We hit it off immediately. Evan was pleasant, extremely knowledgeable about the CRV-EXL I was interested in and spent an incredible amount of time with me picking out the right vehicle and going over all the new bells and whistles that it had and there was a bunch. When it came time to finalize the deal Sales Manager Rob Thompson got involved. Another great guy. There was never a hard sales pitch nor did I ever feel pressured. We were a little bit apart on trade value but through joint effort found a way to make it work for the both of us. Steve Kern in Finance wrapped things up and once again no hard sales pitch.
