We also felt reassured by the dealership's detailed inspection and 3-month warranty, even though it wasn't a Honda. Although we had to wait quite a while for the paperwork to get done (they were short-handed), Joe kept checking in with us and made us feel comfortable. From the mo I contacted Keenan Honda on Thursday 4/11 to inquire about a certified pre-owner Honda CR-V and the front desk connected me to Joe Danzo. From the moment I spoke to him until the deal closed everything was smooth and easy. The car was for my mom and I was able to negotiate everything over the phone while she was at the dealer for the test drive. He was understanding of our situation and worked extremely well with my mom and was very patient. He spent a significant amount of time with her on Friday 4/12 when she picked up the car. He made sure she was comfortable with how the car worked and even offered her to come back if she has any questions or needed another tutorial. This was by far one of the best experiences I have had while buying a car and I believe Joe played a huge role in that. I would highly recommend Joe Danzig and Keenan Honda if you are in the market for a new car. More
