The sales staff was great to deal with, especially my salesman Mitch. I went on several test drives before settling on my Honda Insight. Mitch was very accommodating and didn’t rush me. I dealt primarily with him and the sales manager Pete. They were both very respectful and personable. I was a little leery when it came time to talk money because I was using a company discount program that gave me a set price and eliminated the negotiation aspect. I was concerned that they would react negatively when I told them but they were great about it and had a “good for you” attitude. I have friends who used the same discount program in another state with a different dealer and they had the opposite experience. It seems like the relationship doesn’t end with me driving off the car lot. Mitch encouraged me to come back anytime if I need a refresher on the car’s operation. It’s pretty high tech compared to my last car. Thanks Mitch! More
