Recently bought a new car Bought a car using the Costco Auto-program here. The salesman was great in explaining everything about the car. The finance advisor was also great in explaining all the details of the contract and what I was signing. The only thing I had a minor inconvenience was picking up the car. It took a lot longer than expected, because it was a Friday and the salesman had multiple people picking up their new cars that day. It took around 3 hours waiting, getting things signed, and expecting and getting another explanation of the car. Also, the price of the accessories were unclear because the price online didn't include an installation price, so had to get that straightened out; but there was no hassle in clearing that up. More

From top to bottom my review is all good! I see Joe as a guy with salesmanship character who knows how to be both a loyal employee to a company that needs to move cars to thrive in business an I see Joe as a guy with salesmanship character who knows how to be both a loyal employee to a company that needs to move cars to thrive in business and yet is an open and personable individual that is willing to be flexible enough with the bottom line to please the customer (me). Sometimes that can be a difficult balancing act for we both. I know, I've looked around for over 2 years for another car (I'm very patient) that I could have found a cheaper deal elsewhere, but I also have to balance my own bigger picture that comprises a future relationship with a company that services 3 of my Hondas and any future car that I may require. I've always sensed a fair deal and try to give Honda my business. At least, that is how my experiences have evolved in the many years I have dealt with this organization that works to improve. Props also go out to the 2-3 other members of the Keenan sales team for their helpfulness throughout that sales day. I hope our relationship always remains as positive after the sale.
