I told him the cars i was interested in looking at and he went under the rain to bring me the cars to a well dried area. He made sure that my mom and i stayed dry. I felt very comfortable and confident in buying a car all thanks to Brian Kimmey. He made the car shopping experience fun, quick and easy. He listened and answered my questions. Once the paperwork were done, Brian helped me move my stuff from my old car to my new as well as explaining the features in my new car. Also Kyle Tatro was very thorough with the paperwork and worked towards getting us out quick. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from both!! The whole process was nothing but smiles. More

Great Sales and Customer follow up I worked with Joe Danzo during the sales process. I was very specific of what i wanted as I had completed my research and was looking for sales suppor I worked with Joe Danzo during the sales process. I was very specific of what i wanted as I had completed my research and was looking for sales support for pricing and trade in etc. My vehicle was not in stock and difficult to obtain in the model and color. Joe was always available to provide me updates on his search. I was comfortable he was sincere and honest as to what steps he was taking to find my vehicle. Ultimately, he and Bob created a deal for price and trade that was acceptable to me. With Joe's hard work, he was able to deliver the car in the color I desired. I was very pleased working with Joe and will consider him and Keenan for my next vehicle. More

Joe Valued My TIme I met Joe Danzo yesterday morning in the parking lot of the dealership. By 6:00pm I was driving my new CR-V home. Joe did an excellent job of unders I met Joe Danzo yesterday morning in the parking lot of the dealership. By 6:00pm I was driving my new CR-V home. Joe did an excellent job of understanding that I wanted a new SUV that was reliable affordable and good looking - with a minimal amount of hassle. I got just what I wanted. Joe did all kinds of background work while I was able to attend to other things. When I came back at 5:00pm the car was ready, the paperwork was ready and my orientation was done by 5:55pm. My first experience with Keenan, but definitely not my last. More
