He took great care in explaining the pricing, the options, what was needed and what was not, and most importantly made me feel comfortable in the fact that I had all of the power in deciding what I was going to do. There was no pressure, no sense of having to make an immediate decision. He laid everything out for me and allowed me to make a the best choice for me. Now I just went back to Mitch to buy a Honda Pilot. I had no question that if I was going to buy another Honda who I would buy from. It was like meeting up with an old friend that you had lost contact with. The first 10-15 minutes was simply catching up on life and families, and impending trips and races. Again, we walked through what I was looking for, my needs, and what would not be needed in the car. It was an absolute pleasure buying this car (again). I have referred friends to Mitch over the years and if you are reading this I would not hesitate in saying what a great experience this has been. Ignored I stopped in to the dealership and looked over a vehicle completely from top to bottom, inside and out. I was in the dealership showroom for at least I stopped in to the dealership and looked over a vehicle completely from top to bottom, inside and out. I was in the dealership showroom for at least 20 minutes. And no one acknowledged that I appeared to interested in the vehicle, let alone that I was even there. I chalked it up as they were busy. But the didn`t appear super busy. So I walked out. The amazing thing is that this happen once, but it happen twice!!! Not sure I will try a third time. More
