Knowledge and Experience Went to Keenan in the beginning of July and discussed purchase of a new 2018 Honda Civic and met with one of the younger less experienced sales people Went to Keenan in the beginning of July and discussed purchase of a new 2018 Honda Civic and met with one of the younger less experienced sales people, and was less than thrilled with the service. It was purely a fact finding mission and test drive, but my plan was the purchase at the end of the month. When I returned at the end of the month I dealt with Mitch and my service couldn't be better. Mitch took the time to take me through all the features of the car, pricing, options, and gave me the "family" experience. To be clear I never met Mitch prior to this, but he worked with me the way I would expect him to deal with his own family and friends. For financing I met with Steve Kern, who was also a joy to deal with. Not only did he go through everything I needed to know, but he really took a genuine interest in what I had to say (for both the purchase, as well as personal/work stuff). Note to dealer: Steve and Mitch are great, and exactly what you need to make your dealership top notch. Some of the younger sales staff need training. If I hadn't met Mitch and Steve my rating would not be 5 stars, but they hit a home run. More

We bought all four vehicles from Keenan Honda and we're still driving all four today. We decided to purchase our first Honda because of the safety ratings. Honda has great vehicle safety ratings across the board. We like the style and convenience of the CRV, as well as its generous cargo space. We continue to buy CRVs because we like the overall size of this SUV, and we don't need the space as large as the van these days. Our kids went from riding as passengers to driving the vehicles to school and college. Our participation over the years with Keenan Honda was good, but it's been great with our salesmen!Our salesman for our most recent CRV purchase was Robert "Bobby" Quelly. He really took the time to listen to our needs and concerns and took us on numerous test drives. He helped us find the right vehicle for our family and worked well his sales manager Michael Shamy to get us a great deal on our trade-in.(Not a Honda!) Our salesman, Patrick Regan, was very professional as well as personable..he made sure the vehicle was "just right" before the sale...he was very informative and knowledgable of the Honda vehicle...and he explained the workings of the vehicle in detail to both of us before we left the dealer...we live over an hour away from this dealership and must say it was more than worth the trip to purchase a vehicle from such a professional salesman...the finance individual, being Steve Kern, was also very professional as well as friendly and easy to deal with...he made the purchase of the vehicle as simple as possible and had all the forms ready for our signature...Dan Wilson, management, was also wonderful to deal with and made the deal workfor us.. we can't say enough great things about our overall experience in dealing with Pat, Steve and Dan at Keenan Honda!!!
