I arrived at the dealership without an appointment and Mitch immediately remembered me and the previous vehicle I purchased. Even though I was writing the check for my daughter’s 2018 HR-V, Mitch treated her like she was purchasing the vehicle. He patiently and thoroughly explained all the car’s entertainment, mechanical, interior/exterior and safety features, as well as all the instruments, gauges, buttons, etc. Mitch also took his time to explain to her the finance terms / contract calculations in the transaction.
