From all aspects of trading in and settling on a new car final price the experience was effortless and casual. Everyone was honest and truthful and the deal went as agreed. Mitch never hurried the process or made me feel that I was not his prime focus. When I picked up my car he made sure that it was set up to my specifications and fully explained all the features. He even offered for me to come back in if I didn't understand some aspect of the cars setup. That offering alone takes Mitch out of the salesmen category and puts him in a class where he cares about the job he performs. We went to other dealerships and test drove cars in this sector, but the treatment we received from Keenan was far superior. Our sales person Joe Danzo is exactly the type of individual you want to deal with when making a major purchase. Knowledgeable, not pushy or aggressive, and honest on what he could and couldn't do when we decided to move forward. We really liked the car, but there are lots of dealerships we could have purchased the vehicle from, and Joe was the reason we moved forward that day. We are not impulse buyers, but my wife and I both felt comfortable finalizing the transaction with Joe. When we moved on the the financing it was just as professional. Steve is very friendly, answered all my questions. He presented us the option for the extended warranty....Again, not pushy or aggressive...just what it would be covered and the cost to do so. Many people have commented on our new car and are especially impressed with the gas mileage of the Accord hybrid. We have told them if they are interested in looking into this car to work with Keenan since our experience was so great. Keenan understands how people want to be treated when making a major purchase. BEST Experience....AGAIN! I worked with Joe Danzo in 2015 when I leased a new Honda CR-V LX. It was such a great experience, that there was no doubt I would return to work with I worked with Joe Danzo in 2015 when I leased a new Honda CR-V LX. It was such a great experience, that there was no doubt I would return to work with Joe when my lease ended. I did exactly that this week and once again, it was a wonderful experience. I spoke to Joe on Memorial Day and told him I wanted to upgrade to the 2018 CR-V EX. He called me with the numbers and we set up an appointment for my husband and I to come take a test drive on Tuesday. As soon as we got out of our car, Joe came out to greet us before we even got to the door. Last night (Wednesday, May 30th), I returned to sign the papers and get my new CR-V. Once again, Joe came out to greet me before I even got out of my car. He took the time to go over all the features of the car with me and answer any questions that I had. Steve Kern had all of the paperwork ready for me, including taking care of the changes to my insurance, so it only took a few minutes to complete all the paperwork. The entire process was fantastic! There was never any pressure either in 2015 or this year. It was all very relaxed and friendly. My husband, who normally has issues with car salespeople, said he would definitely refer anyone he knows to Joe Danzo and Keenan Honda. That says it all! Joe even called me this morning to see how I like the car and asked if there was anything else he could answer for me. I can't say enough about Joe and the team at Keenan Honda. More
