Satisfied customer! Before I even got to the dealership Joe and I had been in contact. Since I live an hour away he took extra time to answer all my questions upfront. Once I got to the dealership I was greeted with a smile and from there on out it was smooth sailing. All of the staff was helpful and courteous. Lastly. I had visited another dealership nearby to look at the same type of vehicle. Although the sales staff was nice it was clear they weren't interested in ensuring I walked away satisifed. We bought our 2006 Honda Accord there and have been their customers ever since- 11+ years, and we just traded that Accord in and purchased a 2017 CR-V We bought our 2006 Honda Accord there and have been their customers ever since- 11+ years, and we just traded that Accord in and purchased a 2017 CR-V Touring (which we absolutely LOVE!!!). Our salesman (Joe Danzo) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and Josh Storey, the finance guy was as well. As far as the service department goes, I like to believe that they are very honest with us when we need service-that they only tell us what we really do need and/or what they would suggest as opposed to telling us that we need things done that we really don't like a lot of auto service repair shops do (which we experienced many years ago prior to joining the Keenan Honda Family). We've also been having our 2001 Honda Odyssey (that we purchased at another dealership when we were living in a different area) serviced there for many years as well. So far we've been very happy and comfortable there and my hope is that we will always be able to feel that way. More

After submitting an information request, I received an email response within minutes and was able to speak to a salesman within hours who answered any and all questions I had. I received a personally made video of the vehicle to my email and was able to complete my entire transaction remotely! Not only did the vehicle surpass my expectations, but the personal customer service I received from every department made it a super easy and fast process. I can not recommend this place enough!
