We went in to look at and probably purchase a CPO 2021 Odyssey EX-L. But when we got there we were informed that it was a new arrival on their lot and had just learned that it was affected by a recall and Odyssey EX-L. But when we got there we were informed that it was a new arrival on their lot and had just learned that it was affected by a recall and as such, Honda would not allow them to sell it as a CPO. We were very upset, as we had traveled over 1 hour to see it and they had no other used or CPO Odysseys on the lot, which is what we were set on. In fairness to them, we should have called ahead before we drove all the way there, but we were so eager we just drove down to see it, assuming everything would be fine. Our salesperson, Dawn, was determined to do all she could to help us out and not allow our trip to be in vain. So after searching around she found a brand new 2024 Odyssey, same trim as the CPO one we were interested in, that was literally rolled off the delivery truck earlier in the day. Obviously, being brand new, it was a bit more than the CPO model, but after some doing, Dawn and the finance team got it within our budget and we were able to drive home in our first brand new car ever! Thanks to Dawn and everyone at Faulkner who helped us turn what we worried would be a wasted trip into the best experience we've ever had! More

We had a problem and Vic Letitia, President and General Manager, immediately stepped up to correct the situation and work out a solution with our best interests. I dealt with Joe Danzo, Rob Thompson and Sebastian in finance. They are absolutely the nicest, most accommodating and least pushy crew in any dealership. I absolutely dreaded going to buy a new car- I’m a single woman, a senior, without anyone to help. These guys treated me with great respect, like I had a brain and knew what I wanted unlike another Honda dealer who talked down to me then simply walked away when I said I was uncertain as to what I wanted to do. A family member works for a large competitor and had arranged a contact there, but the guys here were SO nice (even when I drove them nuts), that I wanted to only buy from them. I know from here on I’ll be dealing with the Service Dept., but they made this whole transaction more pleasurable than I ever expected. I hope they train all their salespeople to follow their approach and treatment of women- as it is rare with many auto salespeople. . I know/ my ex was a former high end car dealer, who after selling it, went into sales at another dealer. He was the 2nd top salesman nationwide 2 yrs in a row for a newly introduced higher end car & usually top salesman for other lines. He didn’t get there by being super passive. Now, my daughter & I both abhor walking into any dealership so having me be so happy with this crew is really saying something. Btw- the day I met Joe I had called the dealership to find out if the car I wanted to see was in stock. This really pushy young guy said I could call him and when I said no thanks, he then still wanted to give me his contact info but I told him I’d figure things out when I got there. Luckily, just when I walked in the door, Joe was coming across the room and very nicely asked if I had any questions or needed help. No pressure—not pushy or obnoxious, He was knowledgeable, helpful and patient and will always be my recommendation if anyone is looking for a Honda. Joe, Rob Thompson, and Sebastian, as they say in sports, were a fine triple header. More
