Absolutely outstanding experience.. Started out great ended dissappointing I think it's really sad when you spend thousands of dollars on a car and you ask for a second key for the car you bought and your told by your sales p I think it's really sad when you spend thousands of dollars on a car and you ask for a second key for the car you bought and your told by your sales person to have another made they are not expensive.I think that is poor customer service. Anytime I have ever bought a car New or used I received 2 keys weither 2 keys were turned in with the trade or not they would make me a key. Spending around 4 hours in the dealership and leaving with a negative feeling to me it not good for business. I would not return or recommend them for that reason. More

Not honest to the Costco customers 2017 Honda Civic ex, but it took for a while and we didn't make a deal on the Costco customer Auto program. the final price is much higher that other 2017 Honda Civic ex, but it took for a while and we didn't make a deal on the Costco customer Auto program. the final price is much higher that other Honda dealers. It took the time to drive to this dealer with nothing. It's better to send out the inquires by the email. According to my experience yesterday, I will be not recommend any Costco customers to buy cars from your dealer through the Costco website. Just go as the normal customer and get the better rate. More
