Cindy Carr, my Sales Rep, second time around, quickly and professionally responded to my needs, and went to bat for me with the rest of team, and I walked away with a Honda Civic 2016 sedan, by the way, voted North American car of the year and for good reason! I noticed that there was a minuscule dent in the front fender on an otherwise perfect car, and called Cindy the next day just to have her document it and she insisted I bring it in to be fixed overnight and loaned me a car free of charge for the day. Three years ago, after shopping around thoroughly, I can honestly say Keenan Honda was the only dealership that gave me a payment schedule that matched my budget--Hence my loyalty! More
