The 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L with Navigation is very hard to find. I looked everywhere and found an amazing web deal through John at Keenan. Even though the car was not in production yet, they knew one was coming in (in the color and model I wanted) and I was able to order it an await its arrival. John kept me updated and was never pushy. He reached out to me when I asked him questions. He did not repeatedly call me, send emails, etc. asking me to come in like I received from numerous other dealerships and his price was the best of the bunch and he had THE CAR I wanted. Everyone else was trying to sell me something "almost like" the one I wanted. After speaking a few times I took a drive down from my home in Moosic, Pa which is about 100 miles to the north. Joe was very nice and got me a test drive right away. He was very busy that day, taking care of multiple customers. After I decided on taking the car, There was a mix up on the original Lease price, Joe thought I lived in Delaware but after some negotiating we came upon an agreeable price between my trade and the Civic. My only complaints were that the new car was NOT cleaned, still showing dirt and mud form the back parking lot AND when I returned home I discovered that the horn did not work. I have been in touch with Joe on this issue and I will be seeing my local dealer to resolve this issue. All in all I had a great experience with Joe. (A) More
