The experience here was 180 degrees from what I experienced at other dealerships. At Keenan Honda, they didn't pressure me to look at options I had no interest in. They answered my questions thoroughly...showed me where to find info online (even info that rated another vehicle better in some areas. ) Unlike other dealerships where I was "dismissed" because I wasn't looking for a large vehicle with lots of options, I don't believe I would have been treated any better no matter what size car I was looking for. I went straight back to Keenan when my old car broke down...they were able to get me into a great little Honda FIT (which I totally love) within 4 hours! Every person I met at the dealership was helpful, kind, and patient. Thank you Keenan Honda! More

A GREAT EXPERIENCE Buying a 2016 Accord from Joe Danzo/Keenan was an absolute joy with no pressure. I was undecided as to trim level, LX or Sport. Joe arranged a test Buying a 2016 Accord from Joe Danzo/Keenan was an absolute joy with no pressure. I was undecided as to trim level, LX or Sport. Joe arranged a test drive for each model. It took about 5 minutes from the time I asked for a test drive to the time I started the drive. Joe offered to ride along, but both times I chose solo and took 30 minute drives. After each drive, I returned the keys, thanked Joe and left. A couple days after the second test drive, I had a decision (Sport). I also had on line internet prices from Kelly, Edmonds etc, and another dealer. I called Joe and got his price which was significantly less than the others. No haggling required here. Over the phone I took the offer, put a deposit and set a pickup date. On the pickup date, the car was ready, the paper work was ready and I was ready to drive away in my new car. Time from walking in to Keenan to driving away in my new Accord Sport was less than 30 minutes. I live 5 minutes from Keenan, so three trips(two test drives and final pick up) to the dealer was not a problem. The TOTAL time I spent in the dealership was about 30-45 minutes. SUMMARY Joe was very helpful and patient. Keenan pricing was very good and no haggling required. Time spent waiting at the dealership was at an absolute minimum. All in all a GREAT experience. PS The car I replaced with the 2016 Accord Sport was a 2003 Accord LX-V6 that I bought new at Keenan in 2003. More

The overall sale process was well-coordinated among the various areas, and was complete in under 2 hours. Having visited some other local dealers who offered the typical pushy attitude, I was happy to give my business to Keenan. More
Awful, I made an appointment online but they were not ready! I made the 1 hour trip to the dealership after making an appointment via the online chat where I told them exactly the 2 cars I wanted to test drive. First of all the sales desk had no idea I was coming - not sure how that was since I had a confirmed appointment. Then I had to provide all my information all over again to the salesperson even though I had provided it all in the chat. Then they proceeded to 'call' the sales desk more than once which was 3 feet away from their cubicle, really? Then I was told I wasn't going to be able to test drive the Acura RDX even though that is the stock number I provided in the chat. Complete incompetence and the worst customer service ever! More
