No hard sell here I recently bought a Toyota Yaris at this dealership. I dealt with Joe Danzo. I came into the dealership looking for a replacement for a vehicle I had I recently bought a Toyota Yaris at this dealership. I dealt with Joe Danzo. I came into the dealership looking for a replacement for a vehicle I had for over ten years. After a few of my previous car buying experiences I expected to be given the hard sell. However, when I arrived at the dealership and met with Joe that was not the case. My purchase was not financed. I had the money to buy what I was looking for and as such I had made up my mind that I would visit the dealership to look at the Yaris listed on Keenan’s website, but would not commit to buying it without first taking some more time to search through the inventory of other area car dealers. When I explained that to Joe he understood my position. A few days later I ended up coming back to the dealership. I had looked at other vehicles being offered by a few area dealers, but most of those cars (the ones that were in my price range) had higher mileage than the Yaris. So, I concluded that my best option would be to make Joe a reasonable offer for the Yaris. My offer was quickly accepted and there was no need to haggle over the price. I was looking for something bigger than my Hybrid Civic but felt Cindy Carr was very helpful when I went into the dealership looking for a new Honda. I was looking for something bigger than my Hybrid Civic but felt overwhelmed by the CRV. She let me know about the new HRV and I love it! She was so helpful in providing information about the car and was very friendly and easy to work with. I've had the HRV a little over a week and thought I had a scratch; she told me to bring it in and it would be taken care of. Stopped in and it turned out to be a little adhesive from the plastic wrapping but the detail guy and Cindy were determined everything was perfect for my car. Really appreciate their determination to provide top notch customer service. More
