While he has a job to do, you get the sense that he is most interested in helping you find the best fit for your needs. It was a pleasure working with him, and you can tell he works very hard. Steve from Finance, who handled my loan, was also very helpful and a nice person to do business with. I ended up buying the 2016 EXL Accord, and I love it.
