This purchase was a 2016 Pilot with a trade-in of our 2010 Odyssey. We received a fair trade (of course I'd always prefer to get more!) and our salesperson Josh was great with communication. Email works best for me and it seemed to work for him as well. He kept me informed about prices, new models as they arrived on the lot, and answered a number of questions for us before, during, and after purchase. More

Pat Regan quickly gave me the prices on the cars in my range. Tony Caporaletti was my salesman. He was a pleasure to deal with and turned the experience into a very easy one. I got the vehicle for a fair price, no undue pressure or waiting around. The dealership is a pleasure to visit. Tony is a very nice young gentleman and got me what i wanted with very little stress. The financing is great and the process was perhaps the best dealer experience i have ever had (and i'm old, having purchased 3 subarus, 4 hondas and 2 toyotas). So that says quite a lot. I have not yet used the service department (just picked up the car 4 days ago), but if the service proves as well-run as the sales, then Keenan would have to top my list for auto dealers in the Northampton/Bucks/Lehigh/Warren/Hunterdon region. (in a very non-pressured way) He simply answered all my questions. Told me about the Honda product. I told him I was probably buying a Subaru and was just having a quick look. He remained friendly and without saying anything negative about the competition (a trait I admire) he simply told me about the positive features of the Honda. I still went to check out the new Outback and Forester. I liked them. They're great cars. But... I came back to see Josh -- and we test drove the CR V. I was a little tortured. Again, he remained patient and friendly. We bought it. I love the Honda CR V 4wd. It has many cool extras not found on the Subaru for a similar price point. Before I drove off the lot -- Josh sat in the car and explained some of the features and set up the clock/radio/blue tooth settings for me. Nice customer service. The entire staff was fun and friendly and not high pressure at all. I completely recommend Keenan Honda in general, and Josh Storey in specific. More
