Very deceptive way of business. I came in there with a dealer letter from my bank and the sales and finance person over there was very dishonest about making me fill out a credit ap I came in there with a dealer letter from my bank and the sales and finance person over there was very dishonest about making me fill out a credit application form and ran my credit multiple times so they can try and get me finance with them. Not cool. I already had an approved loan and just wanted to purchase a vehicle for my business. Joe was very nice and friendly, but the rest of the staff tried their sneaky sales tactics and held me there for hours, and tried to ask for unnecessary information such as tax returns and bank statements. I already came in with a VALID loan from my bank so it was not needed. They tried the intimidation tactic of all three of their staff tried talk to me while was there frustrated about the process. Sad that I left there without a vehicle and wasted half of my day. More
