So when we decided to buy a new CRV we went back to Keenan We purchased a Honda Pilot from Keenan 11 years ago and had exceptional service ever since. So when we decided to buy a new CRV we went back to Keenan. As always the staff were very helpful and calm, and guided us through a low pressure process. Tara was excellent to work with, both when we bought the SUV and later when she trained us on how to operate our new vehicle (features certainly have changed a lot in the past 11 years). We haven't had our first service on this vehicle yet, but we are sure the service department will continue with the excellent service they have provided us on our last vehicle for the past 11 years.
