Faulkner Honda of Doylestown was by far the best dealership we have experienced. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by friendly employees. We had an appointment so were directed to Jackie dealership we have experienced. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by friendly employees. We had an appointment so were directed to Jackie who was so apologetic for not being able to successfully reach us to inform us the vehicle we wanted to test drive wasn’t available. She was so apologetic even though it was our mistake for inputting the wrong phone number online. Seeing how much she cared was just the beginning of how we were treated at Faulkner Honda. She introduced us to Dawn who was one of a kind. She took time to learn about our lives so she could better understand what we were looking for. We talked about options and after going through options we ended up deciding one of the vehicles they had on site was actually better suited for our needs. They REALLY care about the customers and don’t push you into anything like some other experiences we have encountered. Dawn not only took us on a test drive but went through the entire car and features with us. She was extremely professional but also made it very comfortable. Once we started talking financial items we felt like everything we said was heard. The process of the sale was very transparent and when asking for a breakdown of the cost it was available in an instant right on the screen. We felt all the prices were honest. As we learned more and more about the Faulkner Family it was apparent that all of the employees pride themselves on living those values. Everyone that we interacted with took great pride in the family oriented business and by the time we left we felt like we were welcomed into that family too! Jake was our final stop in the process and he followed suit, friendly, transparent, honest, professional and matched our humor as we went through the signing process. We were the last ones at the dealership yet no one made it feel like we had inconvenienced them staying a little late. This has been by far the best car buying experience. We gained a new vehicle but also new friends/family! Highly recommended!! More
