This was the first time with this dealership but it was extremely pleasant. Everything was explained in detail, with all of my questions answered. I came in late in the day but Ms. Carr never rushed me. I have already begun to recommend this place to my friends.. Would definitely return here for another upgrade. I got all the price details with break down of all costs included over the phone itself. Joe was always available on the phone to answer my questions. Hence my time was not wasted in driving all the way from NJ to PA to get the car. I received one of the best price also compared to most of the other honda dealers in the market in NJ, PA. More

I did some price comparisons online and after dealing with some dealerships that had hidden fees, or were not giving me "all the details" I worked with Joe who was able to beat all of the quotes that I had received. When I went in to iron out all of the details he was able to get me a good price for my trade in and honored exactly what we had discussed on the phone and through emails...No BS!!!! It was a great, refreshing car buying experience and I would definitely recommend Keenan and Joe to anyone! More

Relatively fair My only complaint is that I got the old fashioned "your trade in is pretty rough" attitude. This was typical car dealer bull. We were offered $2000.00 My only complaint is that I got the old fashioned "your trade in is pretty rough" attitude. This was typical car dealer bull. We were offered $2000.00 by Keenan. It was worth almost three times that. We were counting on it to offset the price for us. The new car is nice but the payments are hard. We tried to explain this but got the run around. Luckily for us we sold the car for what it was really worth. All I wanted was fair trade in value like I've heard other people got at Keenan. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll be interested to see if you guys stand up to what you said your service will be in the future. More
