Work was done expeditiously although work was delayed about an hour after our scheduled appointment. Accessories were installed properly. We stopped @ Keenan Honda on Saturday December 28 looking for a CR-V. They had a good supply of different models. After looking around the various options available. We went inside and found the showroom pac for a CR-V. They had a good supply of different models. After looking around the various options available. We went inside and found the showroom packed with customers and sales consultants. Cindy Carr was directed to us by used car mgr. Alex Saulinas. After Cindy talked to us about the options available to us. We chose a CR-V to take for a test drive. Cindy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. When we returned to the dealership we sat down and talked about the price of the car and the options. Then Cindy brought Alex Saulinas into the discussion about a trade-in. We found out that we had bought a car from Alex about ten years ago at a different dealership. The process proceeded smoothly. We picked up the car on Monday December 30. We finished the process of buying the car by having the finance department explain several service contract possibilities. Cindy gave us a guided tour through the CR-V. We will encourage friends and family to go to Keenan Honda and deal with Cindy Carr and Alex Saulinas. More

I loved my 2008 Honda Fit that I purchased from this dealership and was sad when it was totalled in an accident. I had such a good experience with buying and servicing that car that I went straight to K dealership and was sad when it was totalled in an accident. He was very helpful during the entire process and worked with me so I could get out of my rental and into my own replacement vehicle. I didn't get his name, but the finance guy was great as well.
